Kadhi Chawal to dominate BJP’s national executive menu

Allahabad: No matter Gujarat is famous for its Faafda, Jalebi and many other snacks but the same delicacies will be on the platter of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other leaders but with a sprinkle of the taste of this region when he visits Allahabad.

Gujarati delicacies like ‘Kadhi-Chawal’, ‘Dahi Jalebi’ and ‘Paneer’ will add a garnishing touch to the dining table of Modi, who will be in the city of intellectuals to attend a two-day long Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national executive. The touch of Uttar Pradesh will be the added flavour of the food, says one of the organisers.

The breakfast:

• Dahi Jalebi
• Bread-butter, Idli-Sambhar, Vada, tea and coffee.

Lunch:

• Kadhi Chawal.
• Dal Makhni, dry veg, chapati, and others.

Dinner:

Paneer (cottage cheese) will dominate the dinner of national executive of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Allahabad.
