New Delhi: Aggressive Patidar leader Hardik Patel has sent out an ultimatum to the Congress to clear its stand on constitutional reservation to Patel community before November 3, or he will drag the party into the same situation he had brought BJP chief Amit Shah in Surat.

He took to Twitter to issue the warning.

It is worth mentioning that Hardik Patel has shown inclination towards Congress ahead of the Gujarat Assembly polls, scheduled to begin on December 9.

Hardik, however, did not made it clear what he actually meant by Amit Shah situation, it seemed like he was referring to recent raucous rallies in Surat and Karamsad, where the Bharatiya Janata Party Chief Amit Shah faced disruptions during his speech by agitating Patel youngsters.

Recently on September 8, Amit Shah was in Surat to hold discussion with the Patidar community leaders when Patel agitators went on a rampage, shouting pro-Hardik Patel slogans and vandalising furniture. Again on October 1, Patel agitators had again tried to disrupt Shah's Gujarat Gaurav Yatra in Karmsad.
