ED issues notice to Robert Vadra's Skylight Hospitality Ltd

Bikaner: Robert Vadra’s company Skylight Hospitality Ltd has received a notice from the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection to a land scam case in Bikaner. ED has filed the case under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.

What is the matter?

• Skylight Hospitality allegedly acquired 275 acre land in Bikaner’s Kolayat
• Land was purchased and sold illegally
• ED had raided several places in Rajasthan and seized necessary documents
• Property documents, bank accounts and Income Tax Returns (ITRs) were seized in the searches
• State police registered FIRs on complaint of local tehsildar
