OMG! Donkey files nomination for Uttar Pradesh assembly polls
Lucknow: In a weird incident, Girdhar Yadav, candidate from Lucknow Cantt and Chief Minister face of Bahujan Vijay Party, came for filing the nomination along with his donkey for the Uttar Pradesh Assembly Elections here on Tuesday.
Girdhar said that not only he but his donkey named Gardhab, whom he stated as chief ministerial face of his party, also will file his nomination.
The candidate stated that he was here for the symbolic demonstration against the corrupt political system.
Girdhar Yadav further said that he will not file his nomination but wanted to go straight away to Rajbhavan.
He appealed the election commission for his direct selection for the post of Chief Minister without contesting the elections. "Bina Chunav Ladaye Mukhyamantri Banao Aur Shapath Dilao" (Appoint me the CM of the state without holding the elections), he stated.
He said that my candidate gardhab is not having any experience but his father is willing to seee him as the chief minister of the state.
