UP Police tastes success in e-FIRs test launch

Lucknow: Taking the help of technology, the Uttar Pradesh police have registered over 75 First Information Reports (FIR) in the last week.

• The registered e-FIRs were from across the state, said Uttar Pradesh Director Genral of Police Javeed Ahmad.
• The UP Police would launch it on a larger scale very soon, he added.
• The DGP also took to twitter to share the news.
