Corona virus has been declared as global pandemic. Everyone wants to stay safe in this tough situation. After WHO's declaration all schools, college and public places has been closed by the Govt in almost every state of the country. In India almost 100 people are infected with this virus and 3 people lost their lives.

Doctors and Govt authorities are suggesting everyone to stay safe. Clean your hands and use sanitizers for safety. Doctors are suggesting to stay at home, In China some Dr. said that those who have weak immunity and old age people are under danger zone. Other people should just follow the normal routine and avoid meeting infected people.

Eat these foods:

Vitamin C in diet:

To strengthen the immunity system, you should include vitamin C in your diet. For this, eat things like amla, red or yellow capsicum, orange, guava and papaya in your diet daily.

Coconut oil:

If you use coconut oil in your diet then it will be much better. The easiest way to include it in your diet is to use it instead of mustard oil or refined at home. Since it contains lauric acid and caprylic acid, it helps to strengthen your immunity system and protect it from viruses.

Ginger:

Include Ginger in your daily diet. You can add ginger in tea, soups and other vegitables. It its good for your immunue sysytem. Taking ginger juice with honey is good for throat.

Garlic:

You can use garlic with raw food as well as soup or salad. Or you can also consume it with one spoon of honey. This will improve your immunity system.
