Allahabad cop faces ire of seniors for acting in films

Allahabad: Aniruddh Singh, a real life police inspector had to face ire of his department for playing reel life police officer.

Aniruddh, who is playing role of police officer in two of his forthcoming films, has been placed under suspension by the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) of this district in Uttar Pradesh.

He used to be absent from the duties quite often owing to his assignment in the bollywood. It has not gone well with his superiors resulting in to his suspension.

Films

He was offered role in the movie during his posting in Varanasi.

‘Guns of Benaras’ and ‘Doctor Chakorbarty’ are two of his forthcoming films.

He is sporting the role of a cop in both the movies.
