Akhilesh Yadav's Muslim minister to chant 'Bharat Mata ki Jai'

Barabanki: Coming down heavily on the statement of All India Majlish-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) president Asaduddin Owaisi on ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’, a senior Muslim minister Fareed Mahfooz Kidwai in Akhilesh Yadav Cabinet said that he will chant it thousand times.

“I bow to my motherland 96 times a day and there is nothing wrong in chanting ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’,” Kidwai said on Saturday at a press conference. What else he said:

• Owaisi wants to divide the country on religious lines
• He is doing vote bank politics.
• Owaisi does not have any political ground.
• His younger brother abuses Hindu Gods and Goddesses.

Not happy with Akhilesh’s decision:

Fareed Mahfooz expressed his dissatisfaction over the decision of Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav for lowering the prices of liquor in Uttar Pradesh.

Lauded Nitish Kumar:

Kidwai, lauded Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar for banning liquor and said that it should be banned in Uttar Pradesh also.
