Xiaomi to launch Redmi K40 Series next month; Check Specifications

NEW DELHI: If you too are waiting for the Redmi K40, then this news is for you. Redmi K40 is going to be launched in China next month. Redmi K40 will be launched with Snapdragon 888 processor. This information has been given by General Manager of Redmi Lu Weibing. The Redmi K40 series will be an upgraded version of the Redmi K30 series launched last year.

Redmi K40 Price is out:

According to the General Manager of Redmi, the price of Redmi K40 will be around 2,999 Chinese Yuan i.e. around 34,000 rupees. This price will be of the base variant, while there will also be a variant premium which will get more storage with more RAM.

Specifications of Redmi K40:

According to the information so far, the Redmi K40 will be launched with an AMOLED display, although its display will not be a 3D curve like the Mi11. A longer battery has been claimed with the Redmi K40, although no information has been provided about the battery's capacity.

Earlier, some information has been leaked about Redmi K40, according to which a pop up selfie camera will not be available from Redmi K40. Please tell that a pop up selfie camera was given in the Redmi K30 series. A punchhole display can be found in the Redmi K40 series phones. Apart from this, it will get quad camera setup, USB Type-C port and 3.5mm headphone jack.

6.67-inch Full HD Plus display:

The phone has Android 10 based MIUI 12. Apart from this, it has a 6.67-inch Full HD Plus display with a resolution of 1080x2400 pixels and a refresh rate of 144Hz. There is also protection of Gorilla Glass 5 on the display. The phone has Snapdragon 865 processor, 8 GB RAM and up to 256 GB of storage.
