Tesla Is All Set to Enter in the Smartphone Segment With "Tesla Phone"

Reports have revealed the smartphone model on which Tesla is working will be named Pi. Leaks and rumors related to it have been making headlines for the past several months but the company has not officially said anything about it.

The GizChina report said the device will have a sky-blue bar that will separate the upper part of the navy blue color from the lower large part. A large Tesla logo will be seen in the middle of the Blue Stripe. The device can have a large display and triple camera setup on its rear panel.

108-megapixel primary camera

The Tesla phone's primary camera setup can have a 108-megapixel main sensor. The device will have a 6.5-inch display of 4K level. Elon Musk's company can offer Qualcomm Snapdragon 898 processor in this phone for excellent performance. Phones that provide up to 2TB storage can come with an Android operating system-based user interface. It has to be seen what other innovations Tesla makes in it.

Tesla phone's price

Tesla is planning big for its first smartphone with modern technology and obviously, it will be launched in the premium price segment. The price can be reduced after the device reaches more users and as production increases. Customers will have to loosen their pockets to buy the initial model. The Tesla smartphone could cost between $800 and $1,200, the Lifewire report said.
