New Delhi: Smartphone manufacturer Sony, on Monday, has unveiled its "X" series smartphones -- Xperia X and Xperia XA, in India with a price tag of Rs.48,990 and Rs.20,990 respectively.

While Xperia X will be available from June 7, the other variant Xperia XA will hit markets in third week of June.

Features & Specifications (Xperia X)

  • Phone features a 64 Bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 processor
  • Phone runs on Android marshmallow
  • Phone has 2,620 mAh battery
  • Xperia X offers 23 MP rear camera
  • Phone has 13MP wide-angle front camera with Sony Exmor RS
  • Phone has 3GB RAM, up to 32GB flash memory (up to 64GB flash memory for dual SIM)
  • Phone has expandable up to 200GB via microSD card

Xperia XA

  • Phone boasts 64 Bit MediaTek MT6755 processor
  • It runs on Android marshmallow
  • Xperia XA has 13MP rear camera
  • Phone comes up with 8MP front camera
  • Xperia XA has 2GB RAM
  • Phone has 16GB onboard memory which is expandable up to 200GB via microSD card
  • Phone has 2,300 mAh battery

Both Xperia X and Xperia XA have dual SIM capabilities and support 4G network. The devices will be available at all Sony centres, Xperia flagship stores, top mobile and electronic stores and online on Amazon.
