Lucknow: Jio, which beat the big companies of the country as a telecom company, has now made plans to beat the other companies by making smartphones. Yes, according to recent information, Reliance Jio can launch 100 million cheap Android smartphones by the end of this year.

Data packs will also be available:

Actually, according to information received from sources, the company is going to market these smartphones with data packs. Which will be introduced at the end of this year i.e. December 2020 or early next year.

In a report, citing sources have been told that Reliance Jio company is preparing to make more than 100 million low-cost smartphones on the Google Android platform. Significantly, Reliance Jio Chairman Mukesh Ambani said in July that Google will build an Android operating system (OS) for low-cost 4G or 5G smartphones, which will be designed by Reliance company.

Reliance jio partnered with Google:

For information, let us know that Reliance Industries has also recently partnered with Google. In addition, the company said in July that Google's parent Alphabet would invest $ 4.5 billion in Reliance's digital unit.

Significantly, there is a glut of Chinese companies in the country in terms of smartphones. These mainly include companies like Xiaomi, Realme, Oppo, Vivo and One Plus. Now with this move of Jio, these Chinese companies can get a tough competition in the Indian market.
