Rahul to launch candle march against Kathua, Unnao rape cases
Lucknow: Being highly disappointed with brutal rape cases in Jammu and Kashmir and Uttar Pradesh, Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi is all set to launch a candle march at Thursday midnight.
The Congress scion will lead the candle march from India Gate in the national capital.
Earlier in the day, Rahul condemned the Kathua rape-murder case calling it a crime against humanity which cannot go unpunished.
He also appealed not to politicise the unimaginable brutality against an innocent eight-year-old girl.

“How can anyone protect the culprits of such evil? What happened to Asifa at Kathua is a crime against humanity. It cannot go unpunished,” he said in a tweet.
“What have we become if we allow politics to interfere with such unimaginable brutality perpetrated on an innocent child,” he asked.
