New Delhi: One of the world's popular social media sites, Instagram keeps adding new features to the app to facilitate its users. At the same time, Instagram reels have now come on the Instagram Lite App.

Instagram launches LITE version:

Facebook-owned photo sharing platform Instagram made this announcement on Wednesday. The company said in a statement that now everyone using the Instagram Lite app in India will be able to see the reels with this update.

Instagram light testing started in December 2020

The testing of Instagram lights in India started in December 2020. This app is a lighter version of Instagram. Its size is less than 2 MB. However, it does not get many features compared to Instagram.

Disabled the reshape feature:

Recently, the company disabled the option of reshape post on stories from feed. According to media reports, it has been disabled as a test. In the notification being sent to the users, it is written, "We have learned from our community that they want to see less posts in the feed post. During this test, you will not be able to add feed posts to your story.

Recently, a recently deleted folder has been added to Instagram account as a new feature. It will contain deleted photo-videos in recent times. The stories in this folder will be only 24 hours, while the rest of the media files remain for 30 days. Apart from this, users can also restore reels and IGTV videos through the recently deleted feature.
