Apple is preparing to launch MacBook Air model after iPhone 16e, will get power of M4 chip

Apple has given a surprise in the form of iPhone 16E. Now there is a report that Apple may soon introduce a new lineup of MacBook Air. This MacBook lineup is going to be special because it will get support of the new M4 chipset. This means that the new Macbook will come with the latest generation processor.

If media reports are to be believed, the new MacBook can be launched in March next month. The company has made full preparations for the launch. According to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, writing in his Power On newsletter, Apple has started preparing its retail, marketing and sales teams for the upcoming launch. At the same time, the company is also rapidly reducing the inventory level of its existing MacBook Air. In such a situation, it is believed that the company is going to bring a new product soon.

It is being speculated that the company may introduce both the 13-inch and 15-inch MacBook Air models with the M4 upgrade simultaneously. Several months after the MacBook Pro models received an M4 refresh, this update will complete the transition of Apple's laptop line to the M4 processor. However, the design of the upcoming MacBook Air may remain the same as before. It may get support for dual external displays.

According to reports, Apple's professional desktop machines are expected to get their M4 update later this year. At the same time, the Mac Studio upgrade is expected to come between March and June, while the Mac Pro update could come by June.
