"Ajit Pawar had not taken the signatures separately to be part of the BJP-led government. The governor did not ask him when he held a meeting with his party legislators and sought their support," he said.
"NCP leader Dhananjay Munde has been contacted. Ajit Pawar may also return (to NCP fold). We have information how Ajit Pawar has been blackmailed and will expose this soon," Raut told reporters.
"Everyone knows what Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj did when betrayed and attacked from the back," he said, adding that Sena workers will foil all attempts to poach party MLAs.
The opposition DMK in Tamil Nadu on Saturday described the political developments in Maharashtra, where BJP formed government with the support of NCP supremo Sharad Pawar's nephew Ajit Pawar, as "disgusting."
"Ajit Pawar has stabbed the Shiv Sena in the back. Joining hands with the BJP to form the government is betrayal," he said.
The Congress on Saturday said Devendra Fadnavis being sworn-in as the Maharashtra chief minister was a "betrayal of people's mandate".
NCP chief Sharad Pawar on Saturday said Ajit Pawar's decision to support the BJP was his own and not that of the party.
It is to be mentioned that elections were held on October 21 for the 288 seats of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly and the results came on October 24.
