Zaheer Khan's contract with India is for 150 days a year: Ganguly
Kolkata: Former India captain and Cricket Advisory Committee (CAC) member Sourav Ganguly on Friday said that team's new consultant Zaheer Khan is contracted for 150 days a year.
As per the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) media release on Thursday, both Zaheer and former national team skipper Rahul Dravid were appointed "on overseas tour-to-tour basis, as per the requirement of the team".
But Ganguly here said that their recommendation for the World Cup winning left-arm pacer to be appointed as India's bowling consultant was for 150 days a year, which is much more than the total number of days India usually spend on tours abroad.
