That too only in the first innings. India has made a record which no team has been able to make in the 21st century. That record is of declaring a test innings in the least number of overs.

After losing almost two days of play due to rain, India bowled out Bangladesh for 233 runs in its first innings on the fourth day. Seeing the lack of time, captain Rohit Sharma decided to adopt an aggressive strategy. His team executed it well and made rapid attacks on the Bangladesh bowlers, which was never seen before.
India scored 285 runs in just 34.4 overs in its first innings. After this, the captain decided to declare the innings with a lead of 52 runs, while more than a day was left in the game. This was the first time in the 21st century that a team declared its first innings in less than 35 overs and only the second time in the last 70 years.
India broke the records of fastest 50, 100, 150 and 200 runs during its first innings. Yashasvi Jaiswal and captain Rohit Sharma gave a great start to the innings. Due to which India completed 50 runs in just 3 overs and made the record of fastest 50 runs in Test history. After this, India completed 100 runs in 10.1 overs and made a new record of fastest 100 runs in Test. India also made the record of fastest 150 runs in Test in 18.2 overs. 200 runs were completed in 24.2 overs and made the record of fastest 200 runs. India also managed to make the record of fastest 250 runs in Test by completing 250 runs in 30.1 overs.
