Mumbai: Virat Kohli competes hard on the field. He is considered one of the best batsmen in the world at present. But, when the captain of the Indian cricket team himself comes on the field, he considers himself the best.

In a conversation Kohli talked about different aspects of his game. Regarding his fearless attitude on the field, Kohli said that he does not want to make anyone feel that he can be easily pushed back on the field.

No space for fear on field: Virat

In a conversation, Kohli said that when I step on the field, I believe that I am the best. I don't let anyone think that I can easily be left behind on the field. This is not an insult to anyone, it is my belief in my abilities.

He further said that you can have the ball in your hand. But if you bowl poorly, you know that runs will be scored on it. If you get me out and bowl a good spell, salute to you. But next time I am going to come here again. Then you have to make sure you show your best against me. I play international cricket with this mindset.

Never repeat your mistakes on ground: Kohli

The Indian captain also believes that there is no place for fear and weakness on the field. Because once a player shows his fear, the opposition players are ready to take advantage of that situation. So I remain as fearless as possible. Even if I get out while doing this, I would like to do so on my own terms. I can also make mistakes and when I come to play next time, I realize that this mistake needs to be rectified.

The last three England tours have not been good for India. Team India has lost the Test series on all three occasions. In such a situation, under the leadership of Virat, Team India would like to wash the stain of this failure this time.
