Rajkot: Adding another feather to his cap, Indian skipper Virat Kohli became the first Indian and eighth overall to complete 7,000 runs in T20 matches. He achieved the feat in the second of the three-match T20 series at the Saurashtra Cricket Association stadium here on Saturday.

He has gone past Tillakaratne Dilshan to move to the second spot in the T20I run charts. Former New Zealand batsman Brendon McCullum tops the listA

After hitting the first boundary in his inning, Virat added his name in record-book for another reason. He became the first Indian and third overall, after Tillakaratne Dilshan and Mohammad Shahzad to hit 200 fours in T20Is.
