Rio 2016: Indian sports minister Goel denies allegations of rude behaviour
Rio de Janeiro: Indian sports minister Vijay Goyal on Thursday took to twitter to deny the allegations of ‘rude and arrogant’ behaviour by his posse and said that there would been some misunderstaing at the ongoing Rio Olympics.

It may be mentioned that, Olympic organizers threatened to revoke Goel’s pass by writing to India's chef-de-mission Rakesh Gupta.
Sarah Peterson, Continental Manager for Rio 2016 Organising Committee, said in a letter to Indian chef-de-mission that the Indian minister tried to enter the accredited area with his non-accredited staff.
