New Delhi: There is good news for the Indian team ahead of the Test series against Australia. Opener Rohit Sharma has been declared fit by the NCA today.

Rohit, who was injured in the IPL, was out of the One-Day and T20 series and was sweating to regain his lost fitness at the National Cricket Academy in Bangalore.

Now Rohit Sharma is all set to Join team:

The Mumbai batsman has been deemed fit to play on Friday. The injury-hit Rohit will not be part of the opening two Tests. He will fly to Australia on 14 January, although no official statement has been released yet. The Border-Gavaskar Trophy is beginning with the day-night Test match to be played in Adelaide from 17 December.

Rohit Sharma was injured in IPL:

At NCA, Rohit was not only working on a hamstring injury but was also trying to reduce his weight so that any such injury could be avoided in future. The hitman played the final despite being injured in the IPL. Due to this injury, he was not part of T20 and One-Day series against Australia. After this, he has also dropped out of the opening matches of the Test match.

David Warner not playing in test series:

Actually, David Warner will not be able to play in this match due to injury. Whose information has also given them. After which he will now be able to play in the second Test match to be held in Melbourne. On his injury, Warner says he is recovering fast on his injury.
