Adelaide: Indian batsmen Suresh Raina on Tuesday completed 1,000 runs of his T-20 carrier at Adelaide. He scored 41 runs in only 34 balls in the 1st T-20 match against Australia.

Raina has become the 2nd Indian cricket player after Virat Kohli to achieve the target of 1000 runs.

Raina was just 17 runs away to achieve this milestone which he completed by playing a knock of 41 runs by hitting 3 boundaries and a six. He has a current strike rate of 133.85 with 3 50’s and a century.

Kohli also played stunning innings of 90 runs in just 55 balls in this match against kangaroos.
