Ramallah: In what could be called as the mischievous move,Palestinian politician and Football Association chief Jibril Rajoub cried out to nation's soccer fans to target Argentina Captain Lionel Messi for controversial friendly match between Argentina and Israelon Saturday.

According to the foreign media reports, Rajoub has asked his supporters to boycott Lionel Messi and destroy his photos and shirts, if the Argentina star faces Israel in the friendly.

It is to be mentioned that Palestine will play their last match against Argentina in Jerusalem on Saturday in their last friendly before the World Cup.

FA chief asked his supporters to attack him personally and to abandon him. Messi, undoubtedly a living legend, is being threatened so that he couldnat play against Palestine.

Clearly Palestinian politician is desperate for Israel to qualify for FIFA World Cup. It is scheduled to take place in Russia from June 14, 2018 to July 15, 2018.
