Rio 2016: Narsingh Yadav to fly for Rio de Janeiro on Wednesday

New Delhi: Indian wrestler Narsingh Yadav is all geared up to fly to Rio on Wednesday.

Singh was recently in the news for doping charges levelled against him and the clean chit given to him by the National Anti-Doping Agency (NADA).

It may be pointed out that the verdict of World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) over National Anti-Doping Agency's (NADA) clean chit to Yadav is to come on Wednesday.

NADA gives clean chit to Indian wrestler Narsingh Yadav

Singh flew from Mumbai to the national capital on Tuesday to complete some Olympic accreditation formalities.

If he gets a positive verdict from the WADA, then he will represent the nation in 74 kg category on August 19.

The rest of the Indian wrestlers are also expected to reach the Olympic village on Wednesday.
