Kohli, Dhawan, Sehwag congratulate Kumble on Twitter
New Delhi: After Anil Kumble was placed at the post of Indian Cricket team’s head coach, several Cricket personalities in the form of Virat Kohli, Virender Sehwag, Kevin Pieterson and many others congratulated the former ace-spinner on the micro-blogging site Twitter.
- Kumble’s first assignment will be India’s upcoming four-test matches’ series in West Indies.
- Jumbo was selected among 56 aspirants including Ravi Shastri and Chief Selector Sandip Patil who had applied for the post.
- Previously, Ravi Shastri was made Indian Cricket team director after Duncan Fletcher’s contract as a head coach expired.
