IPL 10, KKR vs RPS: Kolkata sets 156 runs target for Pune

Kolkata: Disciplined bowling by Rising Pune Supergiant (RPS) restricted the Kolkata Knight Riders to a total of 155 runs in the Indian Premiere League match played at the Eden Gardens here on Wednesday.

The bowling side took wickets at regular intervals to not let the partnerships flourish, hence keeping themselves in the dominating position in the game.

KKR got early blows in form of Sunil Narine and Sheldon Jackson. Skipper Gautam Gambhir remained on the crease for a long but was caught on the boundary at the indicidual score of 24 runs.

Manish Pandey (37 runs off 32 balls), Grandhomme (36 runs off 19 balls) and Suryakumar Yadav (16 off 30 balls) help KKR built a respectable total for their team.

For RPS, Unadkat and Washington Sundar took two wickets each, while Stokes, Tahir and Christian plucked a wicket each.
