IPL 10 KKR vs DD: Daredevils restricted to 160/6 despite Samson's heroics

Kolkata: Despite a terrific 60-run inning from opener Sanju Samson, Delhi Daredevils (DD) could not post a dominating total against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in Indian Premier League match at the Eden Gardens ground here on Friday.

Samson played a brilliant 38-ball inning, laced with 4 fours and 3 sixes, to give a solid start to Daredevils which eventually posted 160/6 in final 20 overs. Karun Nair, who has been out of form throughout the season, was promoted as an opener in this match. The fortunes, however, did not change as he could only score 15 runs off 17 balls.

Rishabh Pant failed once again scoring just 6 runs off 4 balls, while Corey Anderson (2) got out trying to take an impossible single.
