IPL 10 SRH vs KXIP: Sunrisers Hyderabad sets 160-run target for Punjab

Hyderabad: Thanks to the two sixes being hit by the Sunrisers Hyderabad skipper David Warner in the final over which helped SRH to put a total of 159 runs against Kings XI Punjab in the Indian Premiere League match at Rajiv Gandhi International stadium here on Monday.

It was the other mask of David Warner as ball was not coming off the middle of his bat on a tough pitch. He took most balls to reach a fifty in his IPL career so far.

Warner's 54-ball 70-run knock was laced with seven fours and one six. Other than Warner, it was only Naman Ojha who scored some runs for his side. He played a 34-run knock with two fours and one six.

After being invited to bat, SRH lost Shikhar Dhawan (15), Moises Henriques (9) and Yuvraj Singh (0) in quick succession.

It could be mentioned here that two Afghanistani players- Mohammad Nabi and Rashid Khan have made it to the playing 11 in SRH.

For KXIP, Mohit and Axar bagged two wicket each. Sandeep and Cariappa picked one wicket each.

Kings XI Punjab needs 169 runs to win.
