IPL 10: Rising Pune Supergiants invite Mumbai Indian to bat first

Pune: Winning the toss, Rising Pune Supergiants (RPS) skipper Steven Smith took the most obvious decision of inviting Mumbai Indians (MI) to bat first in the second encounter of the Indian Premier League (IPL) season 10 at the Maharashtra Cricket Association stadium here on Thursday.

Pune has come into this game with two spinners – Imran Tahir and Adam Zampa, while Ashok Dinda and Ben Stokes will lead their pace attack.

Mumbai has included Pandya brothers (Hardik and Krunal) in the playing XI due to their all-round skills.

Rising Pune Supergiant (RPS):

Ajinkya Rahane, Mayank Agarwal, Steve Smith (captain), Manoj Tiwary, MS Dhoni (wicket-keeper), Ben Stokes, Rajat Bhatia, Deepak Chahar, Adam Zampa, Imran Tahir and Ashok Dinda

Mumbai Indians (MI):

Rohit Sharma (skipper), Parthiv Patel (wicket-keeper), Ambati Rayudu, Kieron Pollard, Nitish Rana, Jos Buttler, Hardik Pandya, Krunal Pandya, Mitchell McClenaghan, Tim Southee and Jasprit Bumrah
