Neeraj Chopra won the gold medal in javelin throw by covering a distance of 87.58 meters in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. At the same time, when the Paris Olympics came, Neeraj covered a greater distance than ever before, but this time he had to be content with the silver medal. In the javelin throw final of the Paris Olympics, Neeraj Chopra threw the javelin 89.45 meters. But he could not cross Arshad Nadeem's mark of 92.97 meters. Due to this he had to be content with the silver medal.
