As a minor controversy, however, the BCCI has not extended invitation to two former skippers Bishan Singh Bedi and Gundappa Vishwanath. The reason behind this has not known because all the surviving captains during 84-year test cricket histroy of India have been invited to the event which will be organised on the sidelines of the match.
