New Delhi: Coming in defence of Indian skipper Virat Kohli, Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan on Wednesday took a dig at the Australian media which had termed Virat as 'Donald Trump of World Sports'.

Big B took to micro-blogging site Twitter to take on Australian media.

"Aussi media calls Virat, Donald Trump of sports !! … thank you Aussi media for accepting that he is a winner and the PRESIDENT !!” tweeted Amitabh Bachchan.

Earlier, Australian media had left no stone unturned to criticize Indian captain following his spat with Australian skipper Steven Smith.

The IndvsAus Test series has all the flavours of an entertainer. The on and off field clashes of between both the teammates are joined by the Australian media since the first Test encounter.

India will lock horns with Australia in the series-decider fourth Test match, beginning March 25, at Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association stadium in Dharamsala.
