Congratulations are in order for cricketer Virat Kohli and actor Anushka Sharma! The cute couple is all set to become parents. The couple is expecting their first child in January 2021. They took to social media on Thursday to announce the pregnancy and share the adorable pictures of the baby bump.

Anushka announced the news of her pregnancy in an Instagram post, along with a picture with Virat, in which she is seen flaunting her baby bump. “And then, we were three! Arriving Jan 2021,” she wrote.

Virat Kohli too shared the same photograph with the same caption on his Instagram page.

Anushka and Virat tied the knot in a low-key ceremony in Italy in December 2017. In an earlier Instagram live with football star Sunil Chhetri, he admitted that he never formally proposed to her.

He said, “What Anushka said is completely true, we never felt like we needed to do that, we knew that we were going to marry each other, there were no doubts about it ever. So once we knew that everything is going smooth, we were super excited to start our life together. And organically things went on.”

In the lockdown, Anushka and Virat have been spending quality time together and have also been posting about the same on social media.
