Rio de Janeiro: Putting up all geographical and technical differences aside, Hong Un-Jong of North Korea and Lee Eun-Ju of South Korea posed for a selfie at the training arena at the Rio Olympics.

The selfie is breaking the internet and has become a matter of discussion across the globe.

The viral selfie is believed to be taken on August 4 last.

It may be mentioned that North and South Korea are at war since the last 60 years.

Tension increased between the countries after Pyongyang test-fired a ballistic missile into the Sea of Japan.

Hong won gold medal in the 2008 Games in the vault event while Lee is participating for the first time.
