Video: When clouds quenched their thirst from a dam

In a rare video which is breaking the internet, recorded at Matateela Dam in Lalitpur district, a funnel shaped tornado can be seen gulping water from the dam. The clouds were so thirsty that they drank three feet water from the dam.
