New Delhi: The former chairman of Press Council of India (PCI) justice (retd) Markandey Katju considers Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar as a Prime Ministerial candidate.

To him Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is the best choice for the Deputy Prime Ministership.
