New Delhi: The picture started getting clear about the ongoing political crisis in Uttarakhand. According to political sources, Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat will hold a press conference shortly after 3 pm from now. After this, at 4 o'clock in the evening, he can meet the Governor and resign.

CM Rawat resign:
