Many new faces from UP are certain to become ministers at the Center. It is believed that keeping in mind the caste and regional equations, two-three Rajya Sabha members can be included in the new Modi cabinet apart from the newly elected Lok Sabha members. At the same time, backward and deprived society can get more representation in the cabinet. Two out of Rajnath Singh, SP Singh Baghel and Pankaj Chaudhary can be made ministers again.

UP's share in the Modi government 3.0 at the Center seems to be decreasing. Apart from Prime Minister Narendra Modi, there were 14 ministers from Uttar Pradesh in Modi government 2.0. In the Lok Sabha elections 2024, 7 of these ministers have lost the elections. Keeping this in mind, it is believed that this time less than ten ministers from UP will be able to join the Modi cabinet. Apart from Rajnath Singh from BJP, Jayant Chaudhary of RLD from NDA allies and Anupriya Patel from Apna Dal (S) are certain to become ministers. In the eighteenth Lok Sabha elections, 33 BJP MPs and three MPs of allies have won from the state.

Laxmikant Bajpayee may also get a chance

Sources claim that Jitin Prasad, who is the Public Works Minister in the Yogi government and MP from Pilibhit, Shashank Mani Tripathi, MP from Deoria and Rajya Sabha member Laxmikant Bajpayee may get a chance. Apart from Bajpayee, Radha Mohan Das Aggarwal and Vijay Pal Singh Tomar may also be included in the cabinet if they bring good success to the BJP in the state under their charge.

These people may get a chance in the cabinet

Anoop Valmiki, who is elected MP from Hathras and comes from the deprived society, Arun Kumar Sagar, who became MP for the second time, Ashok Rawat and Jai Prakash, apart from Rajya Sabha member Dr. K Laxman, may get a place in the cabinet. The name of Rajya Sabha member Babu Ram Nishad, who comes from Bundelkhand region, is also being discussed.

These people who were ministers in Modi government 2.0 lost the elections

Mahendra Nath Pandey, Ajay Mishra Teni, Sanjeev Baliyan, Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti, Smriti Irani, Bhanu Pratap Verma and Kaushal Kishore, who were ministers in Modi government 2.0, have lost the elections this time.
