UP officers are corrupt but made by Mayawati, says Shivpal

Lucknow: Admitting to the corruption among bureaucrats in Uttar Pradesh, the senior Samajwadi Party minister Shivapal Singh Yadav said the former Uttar Pradesh Chief Miniter Mayawati was responsible for making them corrupt.

“ It was undoing of the previous government which was telling hard on us and affecting governance in the state,’’ a hapless Shaivpal said at a press conference at the state party headquarters on Saturday afternoon. Adding “It is ironical that we are facing consequences of the corruption encouraged and nurtured by Mayawati.”

The Development agenda:

“We believe in fulfilling the promises done and we have fulfilled all the promises made during 2012 elections,” he said.

We will form government with majority and will win at least 300 seats, he said on an optimistic tone.
