Lucknow: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, taking the matter of purchase of pulse oximeter and infrared thermometer at a higher price than the market price in Sultanpur and some other districts including Ghazipur, asked to constitute a SIT to investigate the matter and investigate the entire matter.

For this, SIT will be constituted by the government headed by Additional Chief Secretary Revenue. The SIT will investigate the entire case and submit its report to the government in 10 days.

Opposition party targeted UP Govt in Corona kit scam:

Recently, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in-charge of Uttar Pradesh and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh has accused the BJP government. He said ruling party is falsely pretending to nationalism, and said that China will buy medical equipment at double the price. Sanjay Singh has also claimed to have gone to court demanding the CBI to investigate corruption of crores of rupees in corona kit purchase.

Apart from this, Bharatiya Janata Party's MLA from Lambhua seat in Sultanpur district, Devamani Dwivedi, last week wrote a letter to the Chief Minister and bought a corona kit of Rs 2800 for Rs 9950 and accused Sultanpur District Magistrate of Sultanpur in Sultanpur district, after which the Chief Minister's Office Taking immediate action, the Additional Chief Secretary of the Panchayati Raj Department ordered an inquiry and summoned the report.

This SIT has been constituted by the government under the chairmanship of Additional Chief Secretary Revenue Department, Smt Renuka Kumar.

Secretary Medical Education Department Mr. Amit Gupta and Secretary Municipal Development and MD Jal Nigam Vikas Gothalwal have been named members of this SIT. SIT will investigate the entire case and submit its report to the government in 10 days.
