UP CM Akhilesh Yadav to expand his ministry on June 27

Lucknow: The Uttar Pradesh council of ministers led by Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav will be expanded on June 27 next.

Uttar Pradesh Governor Ram Naik will administer oath to new ministers at 1100 hours in Rajbhawan. The last cabinet expansion had taken place on October 31, 2015 when five new cabinet ministers, eight ministers of state (independent charge) and eight ministers of state were administered oath.

Presently, there are 25 cabinet ministers, 10 ministers of state with independent charge and 22 ministers of states in Uttar Pradesh.
