'There is Jungle Raaj in Uttar Pradesh', Mayawati slams Yogi Govt

Bahujan Samaj Party national president Mayawati has attacked CM Yogi by tweeting the government accusing the government of being a jungle raj in UP. Expressing concern over the crime and atrocities on Dalits in the state, Mayawati has said that she has sought to ensure the safety of people belonging to weaker sections.

Mayawati attacks UP Govt:

The BSP supremo has demanded swift action under strict legal sections against the culprits, referring to the incidents of triple murder of Hardoi and Agra and the death of a Dalit youth caused by police brutality in Raebareli.

BSP supremo Mayawati tweeted on Tuesday morning that in the BJP government of UP, people of the same society are suffering from all kinds of atrocities, but the incessant incidents of injustice and atrocities against Dalits are a matter of extreme concern. The death of a Dalit youth in police brutality in Raebareli and the killing of three Dalits in Agra is very sad and condemnable.

In the second tweet, Mayawati said that the murder of three people in the ashram of Hardoi district of UP after falling out of bricks and stones while sleeping is very tragic and such increasing criminal incidents are very worrying. It will be better if the government pays attention to the atmosphere of fear and sensation in the entire area due to this incident.

In another tweet, the BSP supremo said that with regard to these latest incidents of UP, the government should take prompt action against the culprits under strict legal sections and ensure the safety of the people especially the weaker sections, this demand of the BSP.
