SP exceeds quota of candidates, will withdraw 27 candidates

Lucknow: Samajwadi Party on Monday declared another list of 37 assembly candidates in addition to 288 candidates already announced.

The party Chief spokesperson Rajendra Chaudhary released the list. He, however, could not explain as how the party has already declared 350 of 403 assembly candidates while it has given 105 seats to the Congress in pre-poll alliance.

It means the ruling party will have to withdraw 27 candidates to accommodate Congress candidates on these seats.
