RJD turns down demand for resignation of Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav
Patna: RJD legislators in Bihar and senior party leaders, including MPs, on Monday turned down demand for resignation of party leader and Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav.
There have been demands for his resignation since CBI raids.
A day ahead of the meeting of JD-U legislators called by Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar to decide on the party's stand on the CBI raids, RJD leaders declared that there was no question of Tejashwi's resignation.
The RJD legislators also asked the younger son of Lalu Prasad to aggressively counter the opposition BJP's politics of vendetta in public.
