Rajasthan Politics: High Court resumes hearing on Sachin Pilot's petition

Jaipur: In the midst of the ongoing political struggle in Rajasthan for the last few days, Monday i.e. today is very important. Today there are chances of big decisions, which will clear a lot about the politics of Rajasthan. Actually, a decision can come today on the petition filed by the Sachin Pilot camp in the Rajasthan High Court. The future of Gehlot government rests on this decision.

Pilot camp filed a petition in court:

The decision of the High Court in the ongoing debate between Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and Sachin Pilot for the power of Rajasthan has many significance. The MLAs of the Sachin camp filed a petition in the High Court against the notice of the Speaker, which was heard on Friday. However, the trial could not be completed and court action was directed at 10 am on Monday.

During the hearing, the court had ordered the Speaker of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembl. They said not to take any action against any MLA till 5:30 pm on Tuesday evening.

The decision of the court will decide the future of the rebellious MLAs of the Congress and it will also become clear that if the Gehlot government had to prove majority in the Legislative Assembly, what would be the equations of the MLAs.
