Lucknow: On the birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri, Rahul Gandhi paid tribute to him. He also tweeted for the father of Nation Mahatma Gandhi. Sonia Gandhi, through her message, has called upon farmers and Congress workers to join the fight, while Rahul Gandhi will lead the peasant movement in Punjab on Friday.

The Congress is starting a nationwide movement from Friday against the agricultural laws of the central government. Former Congress President Rahul Gandhi will lead the movement in Punjab. He will do a road show in Badni Kalan of Fatehgarh Sahib and will attend a farmers' tractor roadshow in Raikot.

Rahul Gandhi tweeted, The toil of the workers and peasants of this country is the best example of self-reliance. They should get the right amount of respect and their hard work. Jai Shramikar Jai Jawan Jai Kisan!'

Protest against agricultural bill:

In the morning the party's national president Sonia Gandhi issued a video message, appealing to the people against the three black agricultural laws. Laws of the central government, referring to the problems faced by the farmers, agricultural laborers and share-croppers. Join the movement because this village is against the India settled in the farm and barn. She started his message by remembering Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri.
