New Delhi: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has attacked the Modi government for misconduct during the lockdown. Addressing the ‘Speak Up India’ online campaign, Rahul released a video message saying that, ‘Due to covid, there has been a storm in the country today, the poor people are hurt’.
The workers have to travel day and night on theroads. Small businesses are the backbone, which is closing. In such a situation, the people of the country need money, not debt.
It's time for every Indian to stand together & speak up in one voice. #SpeakUpIndia
for our brothers & sisters struggling for survival;
for those whose voice has been silenced;
for those in despair & are fearful.
We are India.
Together we can make a difference. pic.twitter.com/7Q6R2rcWuP

Questioning the lockdown, Rahul Gandhi put his four demands before the Modi government.
-While returning home, workers should be given necessary facilities.
-7500 rupees per month should be given in the account of every poor family for 6 months.
-MGNREGA should be done for two hundred days instead of hundred days.
-A package should be announced for small traders.
BSP leader Mayawati again attacked Congress today. He took a jibe at the video released this morning of Rahul Gandhi and said that it was completely drama. Today the Congress is itself responsible for the plight of the workers.
