SP has turned Hardoi into a hub of illicit sand-mining, Says Modi

Lakhimpur Kheri: Prime Minister Narendra Modi once again attacked the 'Kam Bolta Hai' slogan of the Samajwadi Party government and stated that the projects in Uttar Pradesh were inaugurated, without being completed properly, for the sake of elections.

Giving an example of Lucknow Metro and Medanta hospital, The PM said, "The UP CM inaugurated two most important projects but they remain dysfunctional."

The PM further said that while CM, in his each rally, says that his works in UP speak about the governments efficiency, the truth is that projects are incomplete. "What is speaking volumes is not the work but the instances of women harassment in the state," stated PM Modi.

PM Modi, attacking the law and order said, "People are in jails but they operate their gangs from the jail and these gangs are killing people, indulging in rape, kidnapping, riots and this proves that UP government is more familiar with 'Karnama' and not 'Kaam'. Those who work for them will be put behind the bars within six months of BJP coming to power."

When will you probe against Mayawati:

The Prime Minister launched a scathing attack that a scam that the SP promised to look into from the tenure of Mayawati Ji was not done. Can CM answer why was it not probed.

PM questions CM Akhilesh Yadav over farmer issues:

  • Due to your anti-farmer nature, insurance cover in UP stands at a low.
  • The SP government also discriminates among farmers just to benefit their vote bank.
  • The crop insurance scheme of the Central Government is a comprehensive one and caters to the welfare of the farmers.
  • Every farmer of UP is saying, we need our dues. When will justice be done to them.
  • The crop insurance scheme of the Central Government is a comprehensive one and caters to the welfare of the farmers.

PM attacks the SP, Congress manifesto:

  • The SP relased a manifesto, the Congress released another manifesto and then both the parties released joint manifesto. Their agendas keep on changing from time to time.
  • In the midst of the campaign, fearing losses they released a 3rd Ghoshna Patra and started deviating from the core issues.
  • This shows that the SP is not focused towards the development but on the political gain.

What else he said:

  • By allying with the Congress, the SP and the CM have insulted Dr. Lohia, who resisted the Congress.
  • The first phase of the assembly election has showed them that their sin would never leave them. They can join hands with anyone but UP will never trust them again.
  • In UP if an officer wants to be DM, he or she has to pay money. Amounts have to be paid for transfers and postings also.
  • So many villages in UP lacking access to electricity. The previous governments did no work in this direction.
  • Why should youngsters from UP leave their villages and face discomfort in cities? I want youth of UP to get work in their areas only.
  • Let work speak more than the 'Karnaame' in UP.
