Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray arrives at Delhi Airport

CM Uddhav Thackeray met Prime Minister Narendra Modi here on Friday, his first visit to the national capital after taking over the reins of the state.

Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray arrived at New Delhi airport. He will also meet Sonia Gandhi today as Shiv Sena and Congress share alliance.

The chief minister's son Aditya Thackeray, who is a minister in his cabinet, also accompanied him.

The Shiv Sena chief will also meet Congress president Sonia Gandhi, veteran BJP leader L K Advani and Union Home Minister Amit Shah.

The BJP and the Shiv Sena had a bitter fallout post assembly polls in Maharashtra last year over the chief minister''s post.

The Sena later aligned with arch rivals Congress and the NCP to form the Maha Vikas Aghadi government.

This will be first time after the BJP and Shiv Sena Party broke their alliances. Uddhav Thackrey, who is a current CM of Maharashtra will meet PM Modi in New Delhi and after that will meet Congress President Sonia Gandhi.

When Shiv Sena broke up with BJP:

Few months ago Shiv Sena broke their alliances with Bhartiya Janta Party and tied up with Indian National Congress. There has been always difiiculties between Shiv sena and Congrees but still Sena chooses to be with Congress party.

In October Election, The big confusion of CM face was in light. The after a typical filmy drama Shiv Sena joined their hands with Congress and NCP.

PM Modi and Uddhav Thackeray meeting after a Year:

PM Narendra Modi and Maha CM uddhav Thackeray will be meeting in Delhi first time after a year. Lat time, they met in an official meeting held in Mumbai.
